The evolution of an historic brand in the automobile industry. #
Rhibo was founded in 1936 as a company specialised in producing vehicle parts for cars, bodywork – especially for tractors and trucks, bus seats and window (winder) control units. After many decades Rhibo began to specialise in the manufacture of spare parts for vehicles, and after more than 70 years since its start, it has become an undisputed leader in Italy with an After Market, Italy, share of 50%. In 1990 Rhibo amalgamated with FAMS, Parma and Maxicar, Turin. Nowadays Rhibo S.P.A. is part of Gruppo CSL, which has permitted the Bologna company to diversify significantly its production and products on offer, and due to this fact it obtained the ISO: 9002 certificate from TÜV Rheinland Italy, member of the TÜV Rheinland Group, an independent world leader of inspection and certification, not only for company production management but also for single products.

Taking advantage of over 70 years’ experience, Rhibo S.P.A. produces sheet metal and other spare parts for a variety of different car models, all of which are studied and manufactured under strict quality and reliability criteria, thus making them perfectly interchangeable with the original brand spare parts for cars – from bonnets to fenders, from bumper grilles to cross beams, from struts to door sill coverings and much much more, all of which can be found in our frequently updated catalogue containing more than 3,000 items. Most of Rhibo S.P.A.’s products are manufactured by Gruppo CSL, while others are made by subsidiaries strictly in compliance with quality requirements and in any case marketed by Rhibo S.P.A.
