Lorsque tout est fait, comme la purge des freins, la p\u00e9dale n&#8217;est toujours pas &#8220;dure&#8221; ou le conducteur doit appuyer trop fort sur la p\u00e9dale. Si vous avez \u00e9galement rencontr\u00e9 des probl\u00e8mes et les avez r\u00e9solus, nous serions ravis d&#8217;en prendre connaissance dans les commentaires sous cet article.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Probl\u00e8me 1 : Les auto-ajusteurs sont trop faibles<\/h2>\n\n<p>Les nouveaux ressorts entre les m\u00e2choires de frein sont normalement fabriqu\u00e9s selon les sp\u00e9cifications d&#8217;origine. Le probl\u00e8me le plus courant est que les autor\u00e9gleurs sont trop faibles (friction insuffisante).  Ce probl\u00e8me existe dans de nombreuses marques. Nous avons test\u00e9 cinq marques et elles pr\u00e9sentent toutes ce probl\u00e8me \u00e0 un degr\u00e9 plus ou moins important. <\/p>\n\n<p>La meilleure solution \u00e0 notre avis est d&#8217;\u00e9largir les trous de 2 millim\u00e8tres \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une lime ronde (queue de rat). Cela permet \u00e0 la m\u00e2choire de frein de se d\u00e9placer trop librement (plus de 0,8 mm). Chaque fois que vous actionnez le frein, ce jeu doit \u00eatre combl\u00e9 au niveau des huit m\u00e2choires de frein. Par cons\u00e9quent, la premi\u00e8re partie de votre p\u00e9dale de frein peut ne rien faire, ce qui peut repr\u00e9senter plusieurs centim\u00e8tres. Ce n&#8217;est pas grave, mais cela peut \u00eatre g\u00eanant.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Vous pouvez r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me en agrandissant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les cames. Un de nos clients les a agrandies par soudage MIG et les a rectifi\u00e9es \u00e0 la bonne taille. Mais attention, il faut du jeu sur les auto-r\u00e9glages (environ 0,8 mm).
